Performing minor repairs to slot machines, handling customer relations, and minor customer disputes. .<\/p>\n<p><strong>TYPICAL FUNCTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Service San Felipe customers by making Jackpot payouts, responding to customer requests and inquiries to include assistance with the operation and understanding of the playing method, and informing customers of upcoming promotional events.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor customers for gaming machine abuse, sabotage, and cheating.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor gaming machine performance making minor repairs as needed and communicating repair needs to Slot Technicians when unable to repair machine.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct hopper fills and Jackpot payouts completing all related paperwork with necessary information; includes notification of key personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in maintaining a clean and safe gaming environment by dumping ashtrays, disposing trash, and cleaning machines as needed.<\/li>\n<li>May conduct on-the-job training for new Slot Attendants.<\/li>\n<li>Report accidents or incidents to appropriate personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain professional hygiene and appearance.<\/li>\n<li>Attend and satisfactorily complete required training as directed by the Supervisor or the Human Resources Department.<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Integrity \/ Honesty<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All San Felipe Casino employees must operate in an ethical manner by following all San Felipe Casino policies and procedures relating to cash transactions, handling, tracking, and proper behavior between staff and customers. Incumbent must conduct oneself above the appearance of doing something wrong.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Customer Service \/ Client Orientation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All San Felipe Casino employees must be able to develop a clear understanding of customers\u2019 needs and goals while maintaining clear communication with customer regarding meeting their expectations. Must follow though and respond to customers\u2019 requests and inform them of action taken in a courteous, professional manner.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Teamwork<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All San Felipe Casino employees must be competent in working effectively with division members and members of other divisions to resolve common issues or problems as well as listening and seeking others\u2019 perspective on how to complete assignments. Keeps others informed and up-to-date about tasks, progress, or projects.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Listening<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Incumbents in this position must be able to understand auditory messages and non-verbal cues to derive meaning from spoken material. Requires the ability to remain attentive.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Interpersonal Skills (Working with Others)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Incumbents in this position must be able to communicate one&#8217;s feelings, preferences, needs, and opinions in a way that is neither threatening nor punishing to another person, while at the same time recognizing effort of others and praising that effort.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Arithmetic &amp; Mathematical Reasoning<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Incumbents in this job use and apply mathematical techniques, processes, and concepts to perform basic computations.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma, or equivalent, required <strong>AND<\/strong> 1 to 3 months experience in a customer service environment or as a change attendant;
